My career has always been focused on answering one question: What makes a person stay?
I found my passion in Employee Empowerment: combining academic knowledge with hands-on execution. Diagnosing challenges through regular audits (I’ve assessed over 40 teams!), launching recognition programs, and designing courses for 200+ workers led to a sustained 30% improvement in team averages. This showed me that if you provide people with the right structure, the right tools, and proper training, their potential is truly limitless.
The growth of remote-first companies deepened my original question in ways traditional HR never anticipated: How do we develop people we’ve never been in the same room with? How do we recognize when there’s no lobby to put up the “Employee of the Month” picture? How do we onboard without doing the office tour?
I build the systems that bridge these gaps. Development, recognition and onboarding programs that make employees want to stay and grow.
